    How to download a product

    When you’re logged into your Creative Market account, there are a couple of ways to download your purchases:

    • You can download products you’ve purchased directly from the product page by clicking “Download Now.”

    • Alternately, all of your purchases can be found and downloaded from your purchases page, even if the product is no longer for sale on Creative Market. Once on the purchases page, just click on the download icon (the downward pointing arrow) of any product to begin your download. You can also generate receipts and invoices.

    We also offer a way to automatically sync your purchases to Dropbox. If you use this feature, you can download your purchases directly from your Dropbox account, or use Dropbox’s desktop tool to have them come straight to your computer. 

    After you’ve downloaded your purchase, you can use these tips to find your downloaded file. After that, just unzip the file, and you’ll be ready to start using your purchase!

    How to find a downloaded file on your computer

    Your downloaded files will typically go straight to your system’s “Download” folder. The location of this folder differs based on your system:

    PC / Windows

    • You can access your download folder here: C:\users\yourusername\downloads

    Mac

    • You can access that folder here if it's not already a shortcut: Macintosh HD > Users > yourusername > Downloads

    When you locate your downloaded file, you'll usually have to unzip the file.

    Downloading products on a mobile device

    With very few exceptions, the products on Creative Market will require software or tools on a desktop or laptop computer. Your mobile device will not be able to download, install, or use products purchased on our marketplace (with the exception of tools designed for mobile apps, such as Procreate brushes.) We recommend that you download your purchases from a computer.

    Troubleshooting Download Issues

    Help! I’m having trouble downloading the product.

    It may be helpful to use a Download Manager. This helpful article provides more information about download managers, as well as tips on downloading large files.

    Help! I’m logged in, but I don’t see any purchases!

    Is it possible that you’re logged into a different account? Sometimes it’s easy to create two or more accounts, especially if you sign in with Facebook or have two or more emails. We’d recommend that you try logging into any other accounts you might have. If you’re not sure, we’d be happy to help! Just contact us, and we can look up your account using your email address or Order ID (found on any download or purchase receipt) and help you locate your purchases.

    I made a purchase, but haven't received the product I bought, and I have only one account.

    It's possible that while you were trying to purchase a product, you purchased credits but did not actually download the product yet. You can find all of your purchases on your purchases page, so if you purchased a product, it will appear here. However, if you purchased credits, you’ll see your credits reflected in your account balance (in the top right corner).

    Do my purchases expire?

    Once you purchase something, even a bundle, you can log into your account and download the items whenever you want. Your purchases never expire. You can access individual products from the product page (as long as they are available on the marketplace) and you can access all of your purchases from your purchases page, even if they are no longer available on the marketplace. To download products here, just click the small downward pointing arrow on the right.

    How can I download a receipt for a product I've purchased?

    When you purchase a product, you will be sent a receipt by email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam and trash folders. If you need a more detailed receipt, you can customize and download a detailed receipt/invoice on your Purchases page using the receipt icon.

    You can add in more details about things like your company name, company address, etc.

    Once you hit Create Receipt, your detailed receipt will download onto your computer. You can regenerate the receipt at any time if you need to update your info.

    How can I download a receipt for a CM bundle?

    If you purchased a Creative Market Bundle, you were emailed a receipt at the time of your purchase. However, if you'd like to download a custom receipt for a bundle, click the receipt icon on ANY of the bundle’s individual products. Though Bundle products are listed as “$0.00”, a CM Bundle receipt will list the entire bundle as the purchase for the final price of the bundle.

    How can I download a GST/VAT invoice?

    GST/VAT invoices are automatically created at the time of purchase, using the information that was entered on your GST/VAT settings page at that time. (Please see our VAT FAQ for more information on VAT Invoices.) To download an invoice, visit your purchases page. If a GST/VAT invoice is available for your purchase, just click on the invoice button in the top right of the product thumbnail, then click 'GST/VAT Invoice' in the box that drops down, and your invoice will download immediately. Please note that if you are exempt from paying VAT/GST for a purchase, a VAT/GST invoice will be not be generated for your purchase, as VAT/GST invoices are only generated for purchase where VAT/GST has been paid.

    Again, the information included on the invoice will be the same information that was entered in your GST/VAT settings page at the time of purchase. Unlike regular receipts, GST/VAT invoices cannot be modified after purchase, per GST/VAT regulations. If you've downloaded your GST/VAT invoice and notice it has the wrong information, please contact Support, and we'll be happy to arrange a solution.

    How can I download a receipt for credits I've purchased?

    For credits, you will receive an email receipt if you purchased using PayPal. If you purchased credits using a credit card, please contact us and we will e-mail you a copy of your receipt.

    Item(s) should be downloaded immediately after purchasing. Items may be removed from Envato Market from time to time.

    To download your item(s):

    • Hover over your username and click 'Downloads' from the drop-down menu.
    • The downloads section displays a list of all the items purchased using your account.
    • Click the 'Download' button next to the item and select ‘Main File(s)’ which contains all files, or ‘Licence Certificate and Purchase Code’ for the item licence information only.
    Please Note: Envato recommends against the use of download managers to download your purchased files from the Envato Market sites.

    • Log into your Envato Market account.
    • Hover the mouse over your username at the top of the screen.
    • Select ‘Profile’ from the drop down menu.

    • By default, your statement shows transactions from the last 30 days.
    • Refine your search by clicking ‘More Options +’ to search by;
      • Range e.g. last 90 days.
      • Period e.g. 10 Jul 2015 - 02 Sept 2015
      • Transaction type e.g. credits (Envato Credits) or Purchase
      • Marketplace e.g. All ThemeForest transactions
      • Document Number e.g. IVIP0011122.
    The full invoice number must be entered (Incomplete or incorrect numbers will not return any result) Search is invoice specific (related documents will not be shown).
    • From the 'Statement' tab click the invoice link eg. IVIP0011122.

    • More information about your Statement and Invoices can be found here;

    Download your Invoice

    • From the 'Statement' tab click the invoice link eg. IVIP0011122.

    • The invoice will open in a new tab.
    • Click 'Print' from the 'File' menu in your web browser.
    • Select 'Save As PDF'.
    • Select the folder location and 'Save'.
